Política de reembolso
2.1 REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and an amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.
2.2 PARTIAL REFUND
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable): books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, software, video games or recordings with their packaging open. Any item that is no longer in its original condition or damaged by us, or that has parts missing.
2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at: webwinkel@freakingmonday.com.
2.4 DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund discounted items.
2.5 EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to replace the article with the same product, send us an email at info@freakingmonday.com and send your article to: Freaking Monday, Assendorperdijk 1, 8012 EG Zwolle
2.6 GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the amount of your return. Once the returned item has been received, we will email a gift voucher to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the item shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will send a refund to the giver and notify the donor of your return.
